Your reports stay on your phone

Reports, photos (and drawings made on them), signatures, clients, materials, times, reminders, company details and settings are stored only in the app's storage on your phone. Obrix has no accounts and no server of ours receives this data. We cannot see it.

Data leaves the phone only when you decide: when you send a report (PDF) or an export (Excel, CSV) through Android sharing or WhatsApp, save a file, or create a backup. You choose the destination.

Permissions

Camera and photos: the camera is opened through Android's camera app when you tap «Take photo»; gallery photos come through Android's picker. Only the chosen images are copied (compressed) into the app.
Contacts: no permission. «From contacts» opens Android's picker; the app receives only the name, phone and email of the contact you tap.
Notifications: asked when you set the first recurring maintenance. Reminders are scheduled locally.
Folders: automatic backup writes only to the folder you choose and can be turned off.
Other apps: the app only checks whether WhatsApp and Kifra are installed, to hand them the PDF or the quote text.

Advertising

Obrix is free and shows ads from Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). Google may collect and process device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), approximate location derived from the IP address, ad interactions and diagnostics to serve, personalise and measure ads and prevent fraud. No data from your reports, photos or clients is given to the ads SDK.

Deleting data

More → Delete everything, or uninstalling the app, removes everything Obrix stored. Exported backups and PDFs are yours to delete.

Children

Obrix is a professional tool and is not directed at children.

Not an invoice

Obrix produces service reports. Every PDF states «Service report. Not an invoice or tax document.»
