Kifra — Privacy Policy

Your business data stays on your device

Companies (including logos and IBAN), clients, the catalogue, quotes, estimates, proposals, signatures, reminders and settings are stored only in the app's storage on your phone. Kifra has no accounts and no servers of ours receive this data. We cannot see it.

Data only leaves the phone when you choose to: when you share or export a document (PDF, Excel, CSV) through Android's share sheet, save a file to a folder, or create a backup. Where it goes then is decided by you and by the app you pick (email, WhatsApp, Drive…).

Permissions

Advertising

Kifra is free and shows ads from Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). Google may collect and process device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), approximate location derived from the IP address, ad interactions and diagnostic data to serve, personalise and measure ads and prevent fraud. In the EEA and UK the app first explains this and then shows Google's consent form; you can change your choice at any time in More → Ad privacy choices. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. See how Google uses data from partner apps.

No business data from your quotes or clients is ever given to the ads SDK.

Deleting your data

More → Delete all data, or uninstalling the app, removes everything stored by Kifra on the phone. Backup files you exported are yours to delete.

Children

Kifra is a business tool not directed to children.

Not an invoicing program

Kifra produces quotes, estimates and proposals. Every document states "Not a tax document. This document is not an invoice."
