What stays on your device
Your progress (unlocked levels, stars, daily-challenge results), your settings and language, and — if you chose one — your ranking name are stored on the device only. There are no accounts. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings deletes them.
What leaves your device
Only for the daily challenge's world ranking. After your first daily challenge the game asks for a name; you can decline («Play without ranking») and keep playing exactly the same, and then nothing is sent. If you accept, each daily result sends to our server (kodalab.pt, over HTTPS): a random identifier created by the app on this phone, the name you typed (up to 16 characters), your score and the date of the challenge. The name and score appear on that day's public ranking, visible to other players. As with any internet connection, our server also sees your IP address. No e-mail, no contacts, no photos, no location, no other device identifiers.
Sharing
The «Share the result» button creates an image on the device and opens the Android share menu; nothing is sent unless you pick an app to share it with.
Advertising
The app shows ads through Google AdMob (banner, occasional interstitials between levels, and a rewarded ad). AdMob may use the Android advertising id to serve and measure ads; you can reset or delete it in Android settings. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form is shown before any ad is requested, and you can change your choice later from the game's «Your data» screen («Ad privacy choices»). Rewarded ads only appear when you tap the button that asks for one («Try again with help») — never automatically — and are never required to progress. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Your rights
You can delete everything stored on the device by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. To have your ranking entries deleted from the server, e-mail the address below with the name you used and the approximate dates you played.
