Your inventory stays on your phone
Items, photos, quantities, locations, movements and settings are stored only in the app's storage on your device. There are no accounts and no Kodalab server receives this data.
Data leaves the phone only when you choose: exporting a CSV/Excel/PDF, sharing a shopping list or quote lines, or saving a backup file. Where it goes is decided by you and the app you pick.
Permissions and scanning
- Internet — only for ads.
- Vibration — haptic feedback.
Barcodes are read with Google's code scanner (ML Kit, part of Google Play services), which runs on the device; Arrumo itself has no camera permission and receives only the decoded text. Photos are chosen through Android's picker and kept inside the app.
Advertising
The app is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. In the EEA/UK, Google's consent form is shown first; without consent you get non-personalised ads. AdMob may process device identifiers and IP address as described in Google's policy. You can change your choice in More › Ad privacy.
Children
The app is meant for shop owners, tradespeople and households and is not directed at children.
